L'Or Verd is an extra virgin olive oil from the 2025/2026 harvest, produced entirely from the Arbequina variety by the Juncosa de les Garrigues Cooperative (Lleida, Catalonia), in the very heart of the D.O.P. Les Garrigues, one of Catalonia’s most renowned olive-growing regions.

The Arbequina is a native variety of small olive, harvested early to preserve its aromas as much as possible. The result is a golden-coloured oil with greenish hues, a mild and fruity flavour, with notes of almond and green apple, and a very balanced finish, slightly bitter and spicy.

Produced using cold-press extraction, this oil retains all its organoleptic and nutritional properties. It is ideal for use as a raw oil, enhancing the flavour of salads, toast, fish and delicate dishes, where its mild profile adds character without overpowering the other flavours.

Behind every bottle lies the work of a cooperative committed to sustainability, traditional farming and supporting local farmers in Les Garrigues, guaranteeing a product that is 100% Catalan in origin and of superior quality.
